I would have given our experience with Hollister Wholesale a 10 if it were possible. My son was in the market for his first car at the beginning of the year. He knew what he was looking for and found it here at Hollister Wholesale. It was a 2 hour drive from our house. I called first to be sure that it was still available. I was assured it was, so we headed down to check it out. We were greeted by Scott and he showed us around the car. He had pulled up the prior information about the car and told us all he knew. We took it for a test drive and my son was sold. We completed the paperwork, which included a limited warranty on certain parts, and then headed home. My son loved this little car. About 10 days later he was driving on the freeway and the car broke down. We had it towed to the repair shop where they determined it needed a new clutch. We called Scott to let him know and he was kind and attentive. He told us to send him the bill (warranty stated Hollister Wholesale would pay 1/2 of transmission trouble). He made it seem so easy. As soon as the repair was done, we emailed him the receipt and within the week, he had sent a check for half of the repair. We we so impressed with the integrity of Hollister Wholesale. It was worth the trip! Thank you Scott for making this first time buying experience so pleasant for my son!
I have never done a google review, but felt it important for this business to receive recognition. We were in the process of buying a vehicle here, but unfortunately, we discovered a defect in the car and decided not to proceed. Nonetheless, we were impressed with the quality of service and the professional way in which we were treated. We were afforded the opportunity to back out of the deal for a reasonable fee, and weren't pressured to complete the transactions when we decided against. Thanks to the friendly staff (Dolores in particular) we came out very happy with the customer service!
Anytime you purchase a vehicle sight unseen there is always some scepticism. Scott made this buying experience very simple. He is very friendly and transparent and makes sure you are confident in your purchase. This was a great example of going above and beyond. Customer service at it's finest. Thank you Scott!
